Why SERVPRO of Cape Girardeau & Scott Counties? Because we give back to our local community. In order to have a vibrant and thriving community, you must continually invest in your community. SERVPRO of Cape Girardeau & Scott Counties takes great pride in being a part of the Cape Girardeau & Scott Counties community. We understand that communities like ours is what holds America together. We want to do our part to ensure the Cape Girardeau & Scott Counties’ communities thrive by helping the less fortunate, keeping the area safe and making our community the best it can be.

Food Pantries

In one capacity that SERVPRO of Cape Girardeau & Scott Counties gives back to the community is by our local food pantries. In 2018, we sponsored two food pantries. In September of 2018, we held one at New McKendree United Methodist Church in Jackson, Missouri. We served more than 70+ families in a 2-hour window. In December of 2018, we held another Mobile Food Pantry at City Church in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. We served more than 60+ families. This one was a huge success, too. It’s always better to give than to receive, and this is one way we wanted to give back to our community and to those families.  

SERVPRO First Responder Bowl

2018 was a special year for SERVPRO. SERVPRO sponsored the first-ever SERVPRO Bowl. This was a bowl specifically dedicated to all of our first responders. We know and understand what they have to endure on a daily basis. We knew we wanted to give them a special gift. As a small token of our appreciation, the marketing team at SERVPRO of Cape Girardeau & Scott Counties put together a special marketing package and personally delivered them to the local First Responders. As part of the sponsorship package, First Responders got four tickets to the big game day. Learn more about this epic event here.

Continuing Education

Throughout the year, SERVPRO of Cape Girardeau & Scott Counties offers a myriad of Continuing Education courses for insurance agents. We know that insurance agents have to have an allotted number of credit requirements to fulfill. That’s one reason we offer these interactive courses just for you. We want to make it as easy and accessible as possible.  

Local Golf Tournaments

SERVPRO is the official cleanup and restoration company for the PGA Tour. This is a national sponsorship we are proud to be a supporter of and humbled. Learn more about our other national sponsorships here.

Local Events

We support local community events. We love to get involved however we can. Over the years, SERVPRO of Cape Girardeau & Scott Counties has been involved and/or sponsored events such as parades, Polar Plunge, Duck Regatta, Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon, and more. See what other local community events we’ve been involved with.

SERVPRO of Cape Girardeau & Scott Counties loves giving back to our community. We wholeheartedly believe the notion “it’s better to give than to receive.” From food pantries to the SERVPRO Responder Bowl to continuing education to local golf tournaments to local events, we’re there in our community giving back.
