SERVPRO's Relief Effort in Texas

There are lots of feet on the ground in Texas helping with the Hurricane Harvey relief effort. Our franchise has joined hundreds of franchises from across the country to help those affected by the devastating storm.

Our Equipment Being Put to Use for Harvey Relief

Our owners, Richard and Sandy, spent their Labor Day weekend hauling equipment down to Corpus Christi, Texas to help with Hurricane Harvey relief. They took 30+ dehumidifiers and 100+ air movers.

Devastation from Hurricane Harvey

We have a crew in Port Arnasa, Texas to help with Hurricane Harvey recovery. A lot of storm damage is visible from this roof shot. Our crew will be helping locals recover from this disaster.

Flooding in the Cape Girardeau Area

We started May 2017 off with a storm that lead to flooding throughout the heartland. We serviced over 20 customers in a period of three days. Pictured is our team gathering before the 8AM meeting to devise a plan to take care of our long list of anxious customers.

Disaster Recovery Team in Fulton, MO

Last week we got a call from SERVPRO of Jefferson City saying they were in need of some extra help. With a building struck by lightning along with several flooded buildings from five inches of rain they received in an hour's time, it was time to call for backup. SERVPRO of Cape Girardeau & Scott Counties sent several crew members to work over the weekend and some are still there. SERVPRO's Disaster Recovery Team is always availble so that no disaster is ever too big for us to handle. SERVPRO is faster to any-sized disaster and is ready for whatever happens. "Like it never even happened" only happens here.

Library Struck by Lightning

Our General Manager and two crew members from SERVPRO of Cape Girardeau & Scott Counties have been in Fulton, MO helping a fellow SERVPRO franchise for almost three weeks helping with a large loss. Multiple buildings on site had flood damage from a recent storm. This particular picture is an action shot of the work being done in the library that was struck by lightning and had smoke damage throughout the entire building and all of its contents. The crew has cleaning stations for books to stay efficient and organized.
